Job Description:
- Maintain/Build a database of customers/community.
- Conduct calls to potential and existing customers to gather feedback address inquiries and promote our products/services.
- Create and maintain an accurate database of customer contacts and interactions to support followup efforts and sale strategies.
- Executive followup calls to nurture leads encourage repeat purchases and facilitate customer retention.
- Assist in booking sales through our website and point of sale (POS) systems ensuring all deals are properly documented and processed.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and assist in generating invoices for customer purchases.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
- collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors/ Masters ( In Marketing or relevant field)
- 23 years of experience
- Must have proficiency in CRM Software
- Must have Sales software knowledge
- Understanding of invoicing and billing process
