Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Project Data Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will aid in the analysis of employee benefits and wage structures offering critical insights to enhance our HR and financial planning efforts. Primary Duties:
Gather and uphold precise information pertaining to employee perks and remuneration.
Examine and elucidate data to discern patterns and discrepancies in remuneration and benefits.
Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations to convey findings to management.
Partner with HR to guarantee data precision and adherence to policies and regulations.
Assist in the assessment of existing benefits packages and propose enhancements informed by data analysis.
Perform market analysis on competing compensation and benefits packages.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Analysis Human Resources Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
Proficient in data analysis ideally within the realms of human resources or finance.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data visualization software.
