Job Description
- Providing legal advice.
- Preparation and Vetting of contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers and consortium.
- Maintaining all statutory records like Minutes Statutory Registers and Policies.
- Drafting Agreements on receipt of approval from Reporting Authorities.
- Liaoning with Statutory Secretarial and Internal Auditors.
- Ensuring registration with various Government Authorities and organizations when asked for by the Reporting Authorities.
- Liaoning and coordinating with practicing professional appointed.
- Overall management of all activities pertaining to secretarial and legal compliances.
- Advise the Board in ensuring good corporate governance and in complying with the corporate governance requirements and best practices.
- Filling of Forms with Registrar of Companies.
- Maintain the SEBI (Quarterly Half Yearly and Annual Compliances) and Stock Exchange Compliances (Listing Regulations).
- Handling the Security Issues ( Right Issues Preferential Issues )
- Provide support to shareholder holding security in physical mode ( Demat/Remat )
- Preparation of Annual Reports Corporate Governance Reports etc
- Ensure compliances holding Board Meetings Committee Meetings and General Meetings.
