Job Title: Principal Transmission Line Engineer
Job Location: Boulder City Nevada
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview:
Join a dynamic team managing the design of transmission generation tie lines for cuttingedge renewable energy projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transmission line projects from conception through construction for wind solar and battery energy storage initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transmission line design projects from earlystage development through commissioning
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and stakeholders
- Develop scope of work and manage bidding processes
- Oversee route development and engineering data collection
- Coordinate deliverables for competitive proposals and construction
- Ensure design quality and compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering
- 7 years of direct experience in HV transmission line projects
- Strong knowledge of transmission design principles
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Technical competency in reading electrical diagrams and plans
- Willingness to travel within North America
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP and/or P.E. certification
- Proficiency in PLSCADD AutoCAD Primavera
- Experience with renewable energy projects
