About the Role:
Are you ready to drive innovation in renewable energy Our client is seeking a Project Engineer to support the design and execution of solar farm projects. This role focuses on creating PV layouts managing engineering activities and overseeing thirdparty contractor teams to develop permit packages. Youll work within a fastpaced earlystage project team supporting standardized and cuttingedge system designs for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop PV layouts using cloudbased automation tools to support project development teams.
- Manage and oversee 3rdparty engineering contractors for project permitting and design deliverables.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Drive innovative and standardized system designs during earlystage solar project development.
- Provide leadership in engineering processes solving technical challenges to advance project execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil Electrical Mechanical or related discipline).
- 35 years of relevant engineering experience; exceptions considered for advanced earlycareer candidates.
- Preferred experience in utilityscale solar projects or related fields including:
- Commercial solar (DG) wind BESS substation or transmission projects.
- Aerospace civil/stormwater or other complex engineering industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing internal or external engineering resources.
- Strong communication leadership and project management skills.
