Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Acute/Skilled Care Administrator to lead our nursing home facility in providing exceptional patientcentered care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills a passion for healthcare excellence and the ability to manage daily operations effectively while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the nursing home facility to ensure highquality care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Maintain effective communication with staff residents families and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies patient satisfaction and overall performance of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations safety standards and company policies.
- Manage budgets control costs and ensure the financial viability of the facility.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
- Active Nursing Home Administrator License for the State of Tennessee (current and in good standing).
- AHABasic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a nursing home or postacute care facility.
NicetoHave Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Health Care Administration or a healthrelated concentration.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational goals.
