Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Damansara City Mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through coldcalling and email campaigns to potential customers
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Build relationships with potential customers understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell our products and services
- Generate and follow up on leads converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to stay uptodate on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and customer interactions.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing Sales or a related field
- 12 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the automotive industry or related field
- Certification in sales or marketing
