Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for an Assistant Cafe Manager:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage coach and develop a team of baristas and assistant managers to ensure smooth caf operations.
- Guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable coffee tea and food experiences.
- Serve as a skilled barista creating specialty beverages while sharing your knowledge with customers and staff.
- Oversee the cafs profitability and handle all financial matters efficiently and accurately.
- Manage inventory including beverages food and merchandise ensuring quality and availability.
- Uphold health and safety regulations maintaining a clean and organized caf environment.
- Promote sustainability practices and share these values with customers and the team.
- Monitor the overall appearance and upkeep of the caf.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O Level/N Level or equivalent preferred
- No experience required training will be provided.
- Background as a barista is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3300 AWS VB (1 2 Months)
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Days: 5 Days Shift Work
- Working Hours: According to the outlet stores business hours

Candidate needs to go through training and exam phase. Later allocated to the cafe outlet that is the closest to place of stay. During training and examination period salary will be paid.
