Job Overview:
We are seeking an ERP Project Manager or a IT Technical and Functional professional such as an IT Engineer or Project Manager with experience in ERP systems like IFS SAP or Oracle Applications. The role will act as the main IT contact for our India factory and will serve as a crucial link between the head office and the Indian operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary IT contact for the India factory.
Utilize project management skills (General design detail design SIT UAT).
Apply technical and functional knowledge of IT processes.
Lead and facilitate meetings documenting minutes.
Define and document project scope objectives and desired outcomes.
Prepare for meetings and testing phases.
Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Train team members on new systems and processes.
Oversee technical requirements (laptops network storage bay) in collaboration with the head office.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in ERP project implementation.
Strong project management expertise.
Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS SAP Oracle Applications).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
