Job Description
Join one of Africas fastestgrowing fintech companies as a Product Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in fintech or financial services and expertise in B2B APIs. Youll oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of product management experience in fintech or financial services.
- Proven experience with B2B APIs.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency blockchain technology and financial markets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing crossfunctional teams and complex projects.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the companys overall goals.
- Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
Product Development
- Lead the endtoend product development lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering design marketing sales) to deliver highquality products.
- Define detailed product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary contact for all productrelated matters.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product goals.
- Present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities and strategic business initiatives.
Customer Focus
- Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure a seamless user experience through regular enhancements and exceptional support.
API Expertise
- Design and manage API solutions tailored to business clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver effective product solutions.
