The Key Account Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the relationship between the organization and its most critical accounts. This role involves maintaining a strong connection with key accounts to ensure satisfaction foster longterm relationships drive growth and achieve mutual objectives. The Key Account Lead is tasked with understanding the accounts needs developing strategic account plans and coordinating internal resources to deliver solutions that align with account goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for key accounts building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Create growth plans identify upsell opportunities understand client goals and recover lost accounts.
- Drive growth and retention by capitalizing on business opportunities and collaborating with sales to meet targets.
- Price proposals identify competitive opportunities and work with teams to meet account needs.
- Track account performance prepare reports and resolve issues quickly escalating when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors using insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Prior 710 years working experience with key ethical accounts is prioritized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement account strategies aligned with business goals.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Highly organized and detailoriented.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
