Job Description:
- Rural project daytoday operations
- Secondary sales monitoring in Sales and Distribution Business Intelligence
- Sharing sales and other relevant data at HO
- Sales Analysis & Trackers from Sales and Distribution BI for RSRs/AMs & ZM
- Multiple additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ ZOM
- Vehicle expenses entry in the FMS system
- Following up with RSRs for target achievements
- AMs & RSRs Incentive preparation
- Preparation of sales meeting presentation
- Record keeping of Rural sales vehicles documentation
- Sales commission & debit note working for audit
- Salary working preparation for People HR
- Coordinate with Sales and D HODs for any issues
- RSRs target splitting by brand by SKU
Qualification and Skills:
- Minimum bachelors
- 23 years of relevant experience
- FMCG experience preferably
