Requirements
- Completed commercial training ideally with further training as an accountant or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in accounting preferably in a mediumsized company
- Confident use of common accounting software knowledge of DATEV is an advantage
- Good knowledge of commercial and tax law as well as accounting according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Structured and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Recording and reviewing business transactions in financial accounting
- Implementation of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of open items
- Account reconciliation and clarification of differences
- Processing of dunning and tracking of outstanding claims
- Collaboration with external tax consultants and auditors
- First point of contact (m/f/d) for queries regarding payment processes / invoices
