Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Oracle TechnoFunctional Analyst to join our client team in Herndon VA. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization while working on challenging and rewarding projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of the system development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle EBS Financials with a deep understanding of key modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
- Perform handson functional work including configuration implementation testing and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS Financials.
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and project managers.
- Implement industry best practices and ensure compliance with Oracle R12 standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS Financials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS Financials.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation including design documents test plans and user manuals.
- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle EBS functionalities and industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 810 years of experience managing and leading endtoend system development phases.
- Proven expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 modules.
- Handson experience with Oracle EBS configuration implementation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- US Citizenship or Green Card required.
