The Role:
As Senior Marketing Manager at Gameopedia youll play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees and connects with us. Youll be at the forefront of driving our brand presence crafting impactful campaigns and amplifying our story to the industry. Collaborating closely with leadership and a talented marketing team youll define and execute strategies that position Gameopedia as a leader in gaming data and insights.

What Youll Do:
Marketing Strategy Development
- Work closely with leadership to define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and longterm vision.
- Elevate Gameopedias brand across global markets increasing visibility credibility and positioning.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Gameopedias offerings drive awareness and engage target audiences.
- Optimize multichannel campaigns including social media email events partnerships and content marketing ensuring high ROI.
Brand Building
- Lead initiatives to refine and reinforce Gameopedias brand voice positioning and narrative.
- Champion the creation of highimpact brand assets including a refreshed website thought leadership pieces and creative content.
Team Leadership
- Manage mentor and motivate a small team of two marketing specialists to deliver outstanding results.
- Foster a collaborative creative environment that encourages innovation and execution excellence.
Lead Generation
- Develop and oversee lead generation strategies to support sales pipeline growth ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and conversion objectives.
Partnership & Event Marketing
- Build relationships with industry players media and partners to strengthen Gameopedias market presence.
Performance Analysis
- Define KPIs for all marketing initiatives and regularly measure analyze and report on performance to key stakeholders.
- Use datadriven insights to optimize strategies and campaigns for greater impact.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 8 years of core marketing experience preferably in B2B or tech industries with 2 years leading a team.
- Skills: Proven expertise in crafting and executing endtoend marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead small teams fostering accountability and high performance.
- Execution: A handson executor who thrives in a startup or fastpaced environment and balances strategy with execution.
- DataDriven: Analytical mindset with a strong ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Content Creation: Skilled in overseeing content development including sales enablement tools presentations thought leadership case studies and brand assets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of storytelling and delivering compelling narratives to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
- Drive: A selfstarter who takes initiative demonstrates high agency and consistently delivers results.
