Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service DeliveryManager to join our dynamic team in our new office at Visakhapatnam AndhraPradesh India.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring thesuccessful delivery of AWSbased projects globally maintaining clientsatisfaction and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This roledemands a blend of technical expertise project management acumen andexceptional leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Oversee the endtoend delivery of AWS projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and risk management strategies.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates gather feedback and address any concerns.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
- Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure team members have the necessary resources and support.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to AWS best practices.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to identify and rectify any issues promptly.
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services and industry trends to incorporate best practices into service delivery.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status performance metrics and service delivery outcomes to senior management and clients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans processes and client interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role focusing on service delivery and project management within AWS environments.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Certifications
- Must hold at least one AWS Associate Level certification (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate).
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of AWS services architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum PMP).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Other Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Visakhapatnam.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
Desired Skills
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (e.g. Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing largescale AWS projects.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
