Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager HL LAP Open Market

Location: Rajkot Gandhinagar Morbi

Salary: Upto 4 LPA

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager (RM) for Home Loans (HL) Loan Against Property (LAP) and Open Market is responsible for acquiring new clients managing existing relationships and driving sales of Home Loans Loan Against Property and other mortgage products. The role involves identifying market opportunities providing financial solutions and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Engage in proactive sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients for Home Loans (HL) Loan Against Property (LAP) and Open Market products.
    • Provide expert advice on various loan products explaining features benefits and repayment terms.
  • Sales & Targets:

    • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for Home Loans Loan Against Property and Open Market segments.
    • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities to increase business volume.
    • Regularly track and report progress towards sales goals adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Market Penetration & Networking:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the local market to identify trends customer needs and competitive offerings.
    • Attend networking events customer meets and other industryrelated gatherings to enhance business development efforts.
  • Loan Process & Documentation:

    • Oversee the endtoend process of loan application including documentation credit checks and loan disbursements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies at every step of the loan process.
    • Work closely with processing teams and underwriters to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Customer Service & Retention:

    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan lifecycle addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers assisting them with queries and resolving issues.
    • Build longterm relationships to retain customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with internal teams including credit operations and collections to ensure smooth loan processing and servicing.
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

  • Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in sales business development or relationship management preferably in the Home Loan Loan Against Property or financial services industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of financial products especially Home Loans LAP and Open Market products.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance in the loan industry.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for sales.
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to build and maintain longlasting customer relationships.
    • Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
