Job Description
MasterCAM Programmer
Role Overview: We are in need of a MasterCAM Programmer who will be responsible for programming complex parts and optimizing production processes. This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in MasterCAM programming and CNC machining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and edit complex CNC programs using MasterCAM.
- Work with engineers to design and program parts from technical drawings.
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Perform machine trials and adjust programs as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement and follow production schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MasterCAM programming.
- Extensive experience with CNC machines including Mazak and Doosan lathes and mills.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes tooling and materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.
- Competitive starting wage: $32 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
