About the role
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Mill Machinists to join our team. In this role you will play a critical part in producing precision components for industries such as aerospace defense medical automotive and energy. Ideal candidates will excel in CNC mill setup troubleshooting and operation with additional skills in MasterCam programming considered a significant advantage. This is a role where your expertise determines your compensation and we reward genuine skill not resume embellishments.
Responsibilities:
- Set up operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce highquality precision parts.
- Interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to plan machining tasks.
- Troubleshoot diagnose and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform inprocess inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify adherence to specifications.
- Maintain equipment and workspaces in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mill Machinist with expertise in CNC machine setup and operation.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers calipers and gauges.
- Solid understanding of machining principles including feeds speeds and tooling.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in MasterCam programming for CNC milling operations.
- Familiarity with multiaxis CNC milling machines including 5axis systems.
- Knowledge of machining various materials such as metals and composites.
- Understanding of AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 quality standards.
