Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell Shanti Food Indias products.
- Explain product details benefits and offers clearly to customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales and followups.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements: Fresher can also apply only for (Rajkot) urgent joining
- Education: High School or Graduate (Bachelors Degree preferred).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi English Gujrati.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
