Job Description
CNC Operator
Role Overview: We are looking for skilled CNC Setup Technicians to set up operate and maintain CNC equipment used in the production processes. The ideal candidate will have a handson approach and extensive knowledge of CNC machinery lathes and mills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust CNC machines for various production tasks.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve mechanical and operational issues.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure highquality parts.
- Collaborate with the programming team to implement and follow production schedules.
- Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Setup Technician.
- Proficiency with CNC equipment particularly Mazak and Doosan machines.
- Familiarity with Mazatrol controllers on lathes.
- Knowledge of production processes and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Competitive wage: $27 $32 per hour.
