Implement strategies to drive traffic to the website through SEO SEM and other digital channels.
DataDriven Marketing:
Analyze performance metrics and consumer insights to inform decisionmaking and improve campaign effectiveness.
Use A/B testing and other techniques to refine strategies continuously.
Team Leadership:
Build mentor and lead a highperforming digital marketing team.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Master s preferred).
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results in the apparel fashion or retail sectors.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing social media management SEO SEM and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and storytelling.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication project management and analytical abilities.
