This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media operations including managing multiple brand accounts (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok etc.) scheduling content monitoring performance and engaging with followers.
Content Creation: Develop onbrand engaging content including graphics videos reels and written posts to captivate target audiences. Ensure consistency in voice tone and style across all channels.
Digital Advertising & Email Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads etc.) to drive traffic engagement and conversions. Create and manage email campaigns to promote services products or events ensuring strong audience segmentation and performance tracking.
Event Promotion & Coordination: Support marketing efforts for events and webinars by creating campaigns promotional materials and engaging posts. Assist with eventrelated communication registration tracking and followup activities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze key metrics and prepare regular performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media email and digital advertising efforts. Use insights to recommend improvements and optimize strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing design and sales teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for multiple platforms.
Strong writing editing and visual content creation skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Experience with paid advertising campaigns email platforms (MailChimp Constant Contact etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Insights).
Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
A creative mindset with an eye for design and a passion for storytelling.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is a plus.
