Job Description
Location: Lagos (Mainland)
Our client is one of the fastgrowing Financial Technology companies with offices in Nigeria Kenya and Ghana.
The Company has commenced receiving applications for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program designed to provide young talented and qualified Nigerians of sound character and learning potential the opportunity to undertake an intensive six months career development program in the following areas;
1. Finance
2. Operations
3. Product Development
4. Engineering (Frontend & Backend Engineers)
5. Quality Assurance Engineer
6. HR
7. Customer service
8. Marketing communications
9. Key Account Sales
10. Technical Support
Program Objective:
To train and equip young aspiring professionals for key managerial positions in the organisation.
To contribute to capacity development of young aspiring professionals in Nigeria.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following qualifications among others:
BSc. First Class OR 2ND Class Upper and Higher National Diploma (Distinction) equivalent in Computer Sciences Engineering Business Management Social Sciences or any relevant field from recognized and accredited institutions.
Industrial Training/Internship experience will be an added advantage.
Benefits
Successful candidates will be exposed to handson sessions and onthejob training experience in chosen fields of specialization. The interns will enjoy free lunch and a monthly stipend (N100000.00) for the entire duration of the program.
On successful completion of the program highperforming trainees will be offered permanent employment as Analyst in their respective fields with all benefits of a fulltime employee.
