Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Zoho Developer with extensive knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem backed by strong technical acumen. This role demands an individual who is not only technically sound but also has a strategic vision to align CRM strategies with broader organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Zoho implementation customization and providing solutions that lead to seamless integration and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho Suite Mastery: Leverage the Zoho One suite focusing on CRM modules workflow blueprints custom fields and lead source integrations.
- Marketing Integration: Create and manage email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and set up marketing automation workflows in Zoho Flow.
- Data Analytics: Utilize Zoho Analytics for actionable insights aiding in strategic decisionmaking.
- Technical Development: Customize page layouts in Zoho CRM set automation rules integrate thirdparty applications and handle technical aspects of the Zoho One ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams ensuring a harmonious alignment of CRM processes within the overall marketing framework.
- Custom Functionality: Write custom functions and workflows for ZOHO One Apps focusing on integration testing and implementing extensions.
- CRM Implementation Assistance: Collaborate with CRM Implementation/Project Managers to deliver clientspecific functionality.
- System Management: Ensure high system performance availability and handle all technical aspects.
- PostProduction Management: Fix postproduction issues or bugs and report timely progress to team leads/managers.
- Continuous Learning: Proactively explore new technology and integrate knowledge into varied business logics.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of handson experience in Zoho implementation and customization.
- Zoho Certifications: Developer CRM Admin and Desk Admin.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and APIs.
- Proficiency in Python Node & Deluge.
- Ability to design and maintain responsive design websites.
- Solid grasp of frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an English proficiency level of C1.
- Independent selfdriven disciplined and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Preferred Traits:
- Comprehensive understanding of Zoho One Applications like CRM Desk Creator Project Campaigns Books Inventory Subscriptions and more.
- Experience in Zoho Creator (Deluge) Zoho Flow (API Tool) and integration with thirdparty applications.
- Aptitude in Data Architecture interpretation.
- Skilled in testing Canvas creation and UI development in Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
- Strategic highly organized and proactive in approach.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. 3-5 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in startup ecosystems. Demonstrated proficiency in AWS, Cloud DBA, and Microservices. Experience with KONG, Git, Kubernetes, AI/ML implementations, and TDD. Strong foundation in CI/CD processes and tools. Proven skills in Angular and Node.js development. Ability to design and manage APIs efficiently. Strong problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Capacity to adapt quickly in dynamic startup environments. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
