Job Title: Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve organizational objectives and enhance brand presence.
o Conduct market research to identify customer needs industry trends and growth opportunities.
2. Brand Management:
o Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
o Monitor and enhance the company s online and offline presence.
3. Team Leadership:
o Manage mentor and develop the marketing team to drive performance and achieve departmental goals.
o Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and ensure regular progress reviews.
4. Advertising and Promotion:
o Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns including digital print and outdoor media.
o Coordinate promotional activities product launches and events to increase market visibility.
5. Public Relations and Communication:
o Build and maintain relationships with media industry partners and stakeholders to enhance the company s reputation.
o Develop and manage communication strategies including press releases and corporate materials.
6. Digital Marketing and Ecommerce:
o Lead digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM social media email campaigns and content marketing.
o Optimize the company s ecommerce platforms and monitor performance analytics.
7. Budget Management:
o Prepare and manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffectiveness and maximum ROI.
o Track and report on marketing expenditure and campaign results.
8. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with internal teams such as sales production and customer service to align marketing activities with business objectives.
o Engage with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s Degree or MBA in Marketing; a qualification in Public Relations will be an added advantage.
710 years of working experience in a similar role with at least 34 years in a managerial capacity.
Membership with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is mandatory.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools analytics and CRM platforms.
