Job Description
We are seeking a Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Service Cloud V2 to become a part of our team. This position entails the design implementation and maintenance of SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions tailored for Utilities customers. The preferred candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and functional understanding enabling them to effectively support business processes and foster innovation.
Your experience you bring will include:
MUST Have: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2 SAP C4C SAP C/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform Integration Utilities Industry.
Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and Instance as Green Field to meet business requirements.
Define and modify Utilities Business Process in Retain and Distribution business areas
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications including workflows Reports business rules Extensions Integrations KUT fields and custom objects.
Integration: Define and help implementing integration and data flow to Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and thirdparty applications.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.
Your responsibilities will include:

Education
