Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content and UX Specialist to join our dynamic digital team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in content management user experience design and web development to create responsive websites and CMS templates. This role requires close collaboration with development and production teams critical problemsolving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management
- Utilize content management tools to create update and maintain web content.
- Ensure content accuracy consistency and quality across platforms.

User Experience (UX) Design & Web Development
- Design and develop responsive websites and CMS templates for deployment on both Company.ca and the global platform.
- Continuously improve user experiences by implementing usability testing and gathering user feedback.

Collaboration and Project Execution
- Work closely with onshore development teams (clients) to plan and execute web development projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with digital production teams to execute digital builds resolve code issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Partner proactively with digital marketing teams (analytics editorial social media and mobile specialists) and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Testing and Validation
- Perform crossbrowser and crossdevice testing to validate functionality compatibility and performance of landing pages.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal user experience.

- Apply critical thinking and problemsolving skills to identify and address client challenges effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and web content creation.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design and user experience principles.
- Handson experience with crossbrowser and crossdevice testing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot resolve code issues and optimize web performance.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proven experience in collaborating with diverse multifunctional teams (development marketing production).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather feedback and implement improvements effectively.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies web trends and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global platforms or enterpriselevel websites.
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and tools.
- Background in usability testing and feedback analysis.
