Manager Finance & Accounts
We are seeking an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee our accounting operations monitor cash flow and prepare accurate financial reports. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the companys strategic planning and decisionmaking processes through financial analysis and insights.

What you will do
Analyze financial performance and prepare regular management reports.
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable petty cash banking operations payroll and general ledger.
Ensure timely and accurate monthend and yearend close processes.
Develop and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Statutory compliances of TDS GST EPF PT and GST.
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing FDI including documentation and approval processes.
Familiarity with grant accounting to ensure accuracy transparency and compliance with FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 958605.
Familiarity with US Tax filings such as Form 990 Char500 etc.
Experience in consolidation of financials as per USGAAP (US Parent entity Indian whollyowned Subsidiary entity).
Coordinate with US auditors and manage audit processes.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the department.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Ideal persona
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Finance and CA with atleast 5 years post qualification experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Working knowledge in Tally Zoho books and Quick books.
Profound knowledge in accounting taxation and treasury management.
