Job Description
We at aQuaToxSolutions GmbH are dedicated to animal and environmental protection. We offer services to analyse the toxicity of chemicals and environmental samples using alternatives to conventional tests with fish. We use permanent fish cell lines and fish embryos for this purpose.
As part of our engagement in the newly funded EU project NAMWISE: New Approach Methods Within Integrated Safety & Efficacy Evaluation of Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals we are looking for an:.
Aufgaben
In this position you:
- support our planning and organization for this project;
- undertake literature and other webbased searches to organize and analyse the stateoftheart of alternatives to animal testing for environmental risk assessment of chemicals;
- take responsibility for scheduling and meeting preparations;
- interact with project partners from Industry and Regulation across Europe.
Qualifikation
You bring:
- a background in Biological or Environmental Sciences (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or similar.
- strong motivation to explore and synthesise information with regards to alternatives to animal testing methods.
- ability to structure information and use/develop databases.
- excellent interpersonal communication skills service orientation and willingness to interact with partners across Europe.
- good communication skills (fluency in spoken and written English are a must) and service orientation.
- team spirit and a high level of commitment.
