Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily engineering projects schedule appointments update documents and communicate with customers via phone email and Salesforce.
- Log triage and direct support requests ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Allocate and reallocate engineering resources based on priority availability and location.
- Ensure field engineers update records in real time and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Liaise with customers on project updates preventative maintenance and rental equipment collection.
- Assist with order processing stock management and general office administration.
- Create and distribute service reports patch updates and other required communications.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk role with customer support expertise.
- IT knowledge or interest (qualifications desirable).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in IT systems data entry and administrative tasks.
