Job Description
- The ideal candidate will Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector including public and private projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends client needs and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients consultants and industry stakeholders to expand the company’s network.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the tendering and contracts teams.
- Assist in prequalification submissions and ensure the company is preapproved for targeted projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in project proposals.
- Participate in negotiations with clients and stakeholders ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Track and report on project opportunities leads and progress in achieving business development goals.
- Represent the company in industry events exhibitions and conferences to promote its services and capabilities.
- Provide input into the development of strategic business plans to align with market opportunities and company objectives.
