- Monday to Thursday 11AM to 4PM Minneapolis MN (1:00 AM 6:00 AM PHT)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to clients to provide information address inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Close deals or book appointments whenever encountering qualified opportunities
- Managing and regularly updating company resources systems and databases to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting in business adaptation and growth by supporting new initiatives and improvements.
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations through organization collaboration and effective task management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of telesales or customer support experience preferably in the healthcare services space
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written with a professional demeanor.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently resolve client concerns and operational challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in standard business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).
- Independence: Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
