Job Description
As an Intake Specialist you ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. From evaluating cases and conducting initial research to scheduling consultations and organizing case files you ll manage every detail with precision. Your efforts will help match clients with the firm s specialized legal expertise.
Shift: Day Shift; Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (COL Time) Weekends Off
Work setup: Onsite Bogot
- Interview prospective clients via phone and email to understand their cases.
- Conduct research to assess the merit of prospective clients claims.
- Evaluate claims to ensure alignment with the firm s areas of practice and expertise.
- Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising candidates.
- Onboard new clients by completing necessary paperwork and creating initial case files.
- Enter client information accurately into the firm s computer systems.
- Network with other law firms to build referrals in specialized practice areas.
- Perform administrative support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Proficiency in English (Level C1).
- 12 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in onboarding new clients.
- Preferred: Background in law or legal processes.
