Job Description
A facility located north of Worland WY is seeking a Acute/Critical Care Director to join their team!
Pay: $103000 $150000 / annually (depending on years of experience)
Acute/Critical Care Director Opportunity:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Schedule: Monday Friday days
- Sign on bonus and relocation assistance offered!
Acute/Critical Care Director Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of medical surgical CCU psychiatric and pediatric care nursing principles
- Lead and manage department clinical and administrative operations department human resources and financial resources
- Supervises and directs the Clinical Quality & Training Coordinator to drive initiatives on ACU and CCU Unit to ensure highquality care and patient outcomes
Acute/Critical Care Director Requirements:
- WY RN License or Compact
- BSN preferred
- CCRN or CCRN preferred
- 5 years of experience in acute care
- 2 years of experience in critical care
- 2 years of experience in managing personnel
- BLS ACLS and PALS Certifications
