Job Description
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans specifications and schedules. Address any contractual conflicts and recommend necessary actions.
- Inspect materials and construction methods to meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with MEP and structural contractors manage shop drawings RFIs MRIs IRs quantity surveying and contractorsubmitted variation orders and invoices.
- Track project milestones and delays and provide detailed updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and update site reports collect documents for permits assist with takeover certificates and prepare snag lists and notices of noncompliance.
- Supervise quality to ensure construction meets design specifications and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1320 years of experience in construction and site management.
- Strong coordination problemsolving and leadership abilities.
Working Conditions
- Location: Onsite
- Hours: 8 hours per day 56 days a week
