Cleanworks is currently seeking experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team and to be proud of the work you deliver. We have FullTime Site Supervisor role available in Glossop & Loxon Area South Australia.
Monday Friday 4pm 8:30pm per day paid under ABN (Contractor)
The successful candidate will have gained experience in managing teams from within the commercial cleaning industry & Schools and will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
Coordinate Cleanworks Cleaners to ensure site specifications are met.
Respond to all client needs in a reasonable timeframe
Ensure site stock is managed within budget and amount of stock held is sufficient for weekly operations.
Ensure cleaning room/s are kept neat and tidy with stock organized in a way that is easy for operations to access.
Quality Audits (QA s) are completed on a weekly basis.
Relief cleaning for one shift as required
Assist the Operations Manager to plan and manage all Periodical & Adhoc services
Coordinate and arrange relief work and rosters.
Run weekly toolbox meetings with team members on how to improve operations and
how to meet our objectives.
Ensure you are promoting Cleanworks positively and our values to staff
Manage performance of cleaners.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this position you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- 23 years experience in a similar role
- High Level of dedication and commitment
- High Level of interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service/sales experience
- Ability to multitask
- High Standard of Communication skills
- Excellent Presentation
- Conflict resolution skills
- Working with Children Check
- Recent Police Check
- Reliable Car & Drivers License
