Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our online presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker a creative problem solver and possesses a deep understanding of the Marketing landscape. This role involves crafting and executing Marketing Strategy understanding the market needs and creating a clear competitive advantage compared to other competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Plan Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the companys goals and objectives ensuring a full understanding of the market customers and competitors.
2. Creating and Developing Product/Services: working on STP models and collaborating with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor product/service launching.
3. Managing and Handling Consumer Research: Provides research support on projects including literature searches data collection data processing data linkages analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and report preparation.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution: Conceptualize plan and execute multichannel digital marketing campaigns including social media email marketing content marketing SEO SEM and display advertising.
3. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the content team to create the main message to be properly communicated through digital platforms ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness audience engagement and ROI. Use insights to optimize strategies and tactics. Use historical data to build an 80% accurate Reach model and performance marketing plan and predict incremental output & input expected from Media Strategy in terms of traffic & deliveries to topline.
5. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget ensuring maximum return on investment and costeffectiveness of campaigns.
9. Category understanding and research: Understand TG product service and its relevance from the category owners. Be a part of consumer immersions and U&A studies to formulate an opinion. You would be required to understand current and desired penetration objectives Awareness to Consideration/ Trial Funnel how these move overtime (with and without marketing)
