Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to promote the Foundation s mission and programs.
- Craft compelling narratives press releases newsletters and social media content to enhance visibility.
- Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Digital Media Management:
- Oversee the Foundation s social media channels website and digital platforms to engage and inform stakeholders.
- Develop and execute campaigns to increase online visibility and community engagement.
- Monitor analytics and prepare reports on digital media performance.
Technology Integration:
- Implement and manage technology solutions to support educational programs and operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools for program delivery.
- Collaborate with program teams to identify and deploy innovative tech solutions that enhance impact.
Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists influencers and media outlets.
- Organize press briefings media tours and events to promote the Foundation s activities.
- Handle crisis communication and manage the Foundation s public image.
Content Creation and Storytelling:
- Create and curate impactful content including videos photos and written stories that highlight the Foundation s impact.
- Collaborate with program teams to document success stories and case studies.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of materials.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials and platforms.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral including brochures reports and banners.
Team Collaboration and Capacity Building:
- Train staff and stakeholders on communication and technology tools.
- Work with program teams to align communication strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage a team of communication and media professionals contractors or vendors as required.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Communication Media Studies Information Technology Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication media management or technology integration roles.
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms content creation and media relations.
- Proficiency in technology tools including LMS CMS (e.g. WordPress) and design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite).
