This position is responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable experiences for our distinguished guests. From the moment they step into our exclusive lounge until their departure you will orchestrate a seamless and luxurious stay that exceeds expectations.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include;
- Previous preopening and Accor experience is an advantage.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
- With 12 years experience in similar role
- With knowledge in Opera PMS
