Job Description

About Us:
Our client is a dynamic and fastgrowing company in the FX & CFDs industry committed to attracting top talent to drive our success. As part of our team you will play a pivotal role in identifying engaging and recruiting exceptional professionals who thrive in this competitive sector.

What will you do:

  1. EndtoEnd Recruitment

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  2. IndustrySpecific Talent Acquisition

    • Source experienced candidates within the FX & CFDs sector including roles in trading compliance sales marketing IT and operations.
    • Leverage your knowledge of the industry to identify niche skills and emerging talent trends.
  3. Candidate Experience

    • Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  4. Market Insights & Employer Branding

    • Provide insights on recruitment trends and competitor activities within the FX & CFDs space.
    • Enhance the companys employer brand by representing the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
  5. Remote Collaboration

    • Effectively manage recruitment activities remotely or inoffice ensuring seamless communication with global teams.

Who are we looking for:

  1. Experience:

    • Proven track record of recruiting within the FX & CFDs industry (minimum 3 years).
    • Strong understanding of the roles functions and technical requirements in the FX & CFDs sector.
    • Candidates must be able to speak fluently in English. Ability to speak Chinese is advantage but not mandatory.
  2. Skills:

    • Proficiency in using ATS systems LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
    • Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions effectively.
  3. Work Setup:

    • Comfortable working remotely or from the office.
    • Ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones.
  4. Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
