Job Description

  • Prepare organize and maintain accurate records files and databases for easy retrieval.
  • Encode and validate data into the system ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion and security.
  • Process sales invoices purchase orders and returns ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Crosscheck encoded data against invoices to verify correctness.
  • Monitor and manage remittances from agents ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
  • Provide clerical support to various departments such as scheduling meetings preparing reports and
  • responding to internal requests.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and updates for management review.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical files to ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform regular audits of files to keep records uptodate and complete.
  • Implement efficient filing systems to improve accessibility and reduce paper clutter.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from employees clients or external parties regarding administrative
  • matters.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or concerns related to invoices payments or documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports on administrative tasks issues or achievements.
  • Support the compliance team in maintaining documentation required for regulatory purposes

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field
  • At least 6 months 1 year of experience
  • Knowledge of office software applications (e.g. MS Office Suite)
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Salary per day is Php 645.00 plus meal allowance of Php 50.00
