- Prepare organize and maintain accurate records files and databases for easy retrieval.
- Encode and validate data into the system ensuring consistency and accuracy.

- Process sales invoices purchase orders and returns ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Crosscheck encoded data against invoices to verify correctness.
- Monitor and manage remittances from agents ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.

- Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and updates for management review.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files to ensure proper documentation.
- Perform regular audits of files to keep records uptodate and complete.
- Implement efficient filing systems to improve accessibility and reduce paper clutter.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from employees clients or external parties regarding administrative

- Assist in resolving discrepancies or concerns related to invoices payments or documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on administrative tasks issues or achievements.

Qualifications:
- College Graduate: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field
- At least 6 months 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of office software applications (e.g. MS Office Suite)
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Salary per day is Php 645.00 plus meal allowance of Php 50.00
