Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Building Safety Manager on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 273.00 370.32 per Day
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of and submitting Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications for Westminsters highrisk buildings.
- Liaison with Building Safety Regulator.
- Liaison with internal council teams contractors and consultants to ensure compliance.
- Provide support for the Principal Building Safety Manager to meet all requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Work closely with the Fire Safety Team to ensure compliance across all high risk buildings
Requirements:
- Experience in building management and operations particularly residential
- Experience in construction projects
- Knowledge of relevant legislation applicable to residential buildings and construction activities.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
