Job Description
We are conducting a hiring drive for .NET Lead Developers to lead highimpact projects in Chennai.
This role is ideal for developers with a strong .NET foundation and extensive experience in team
leadership architecture design and development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement highlevel concepts including frontend middleware and backend
roadmaps for software applications.
Lead the technical development and management of applications ensuring quality and
compliance with coding standards.
Coordinate with technical teams to set and enforce robust coding standards.
Collaborate in designing user interface (UI) layouts to enhance user experience and meet
customer requirements.
Work on multiple projects as assigned contributing to technical strategy and execution.
Serve as a technical lead and mentor to development teams driving best practices and
continuous improvement.
Skillset Expectations:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a
related field.
Technical Expertise:
o 10 years of experience in the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET C# MVC Web API).
o Strong foundation in objectoriented programming (OOP) and adherence to SOLID
principles.
o Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure AWS) and microservices architecture.
o Experience in fullstack technologies including frontend development with HTML
CSS and JavaScript frameworks (React Angular Vue.js).
Leadership Skills:
o 5 years in a leadership or management role with proven experience in guiding and
managing development teams.
o Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) to drive project success.
o Strong problemsolving abilities for complex technical and team challenges.
Communication Skills:
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration and
alignment across technical and nontechnical teams.
