Job Description
Please note: We require an immediate joiners for this role. It is an urgent position.
Job Role:
1. Issuing tickets as per the client requirements
2. Manage all transactions related to nonair services Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance
3. Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail
4. Drive PLB carrier sales
5. Ensure all supporting documents is uploaded in system
6. Ensure NIL billing pendency
7. Handing personal booking of clients & ensure collection is done same day
8. Coordinating with customers for day to day bookings
9. Achieving Revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business
10. Coordinating & negotiating with hotels and suppliers
11. Sub activities related to transaction including invoicing hotel invoice collection &reconciliation
