Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key decisionmakers in large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the enterprise segment.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Csuite executives and decisionmakers in large organizations.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking industry events and targeted outreach.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitive landscape and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experience.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities forecasts and pipeline management in CRM systems.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Experience: 5 years of enterprise sales experience

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and make informed decisions.

  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and/or SaaS sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customercentric approach.
