The Role:
- Actively engage with clients to promote and sell tickets, packages, and event-related services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support before, during, and after events.
- Work closely with the events and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications.
The Person:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the travel industry.
- Familiarity with Amadeus software is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of clients.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
