Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Oversee All Cluster Operations.
Managing Customers & Company Assets.
Assisting in Route Planning Load Optimization & Fleet Utilization.
Handling multiple branches at multiple locations states territories.
Understand P&L.
Managing FTL trading process Broker Market relationship.
Should have string knowledge on Transport Economics at all times.
Ideal Experience:
Must have 15 Years of Exp. with Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Expert knowledge of Vehicle Specifications and Load Capacity.
Deep knowledge of market rates for FTL and partial truckload (PTL) services and Pricing dependent / independent variables.
Skilled at Fuel Management and Optimization using various systems tools and analyzing consumption patterns.
Knowledge of negotiating service contracts with carriers brokers and shippers.
Basic knowledge of using fleets with temperaturecontrolled and offer solutions (future need).
Skilled at Load Planning Cubic Feet (CFT) and Volume Calculations using systems and tools and Weight Distribution using systems and tools.
Know about Telematics and or similar Fleet Tracking System & also have knowledge about Demand and Supply Forecasting to ensure profitable fulfilment and maximise customer/ route level yield.
P&L Knowledge MUST.
Must have experience of handling multiple branches at Multiple locations states territories with a minimum of 10
Crores Yearly revenues.
