Role Description
This is a fulltime remote role for an Amazon Specialist at a growing USbased company. The Amazon Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon storefronts to drive sales enhance brand visibility and ensure operational excellence. This role requires expertise in product listings advertising inventory management and customer engagement within the Amazon ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Helium 10 Jungle Scout or other ecommerce analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Amazon PPC campaign creation and management.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon product listings.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot account issues and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and improving strategies.
Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Oversee daytoday operations of Amazon accounts ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to platform policies.
Product Listing Optimization:
- Create and optimize product listings including titles bullet points descriptions and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Advertising Campaign Management:
- Develop manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
Inventory & Order Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments.
Data Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales trends advertising performance and market competition to refine strategies.
- Generate and present reports on KPIs to guide decisionmaking.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries manage reviews and resolve disputes to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Strategic Growth:
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and market expansion.
- Implement brandbuilding initiatives to strengthen visibility on Amazon.
Compensation
- $1000 $2000 per month paid in USD depending on experience and expertise.
