Job Responsibilities:
Strong telephonic verbal and written communication skills along with active listening.
Able to handle inbound/outbound calls regarding issues for endusers.
Handling all interfaces of customer interaction which mainly includes social media (WhatsApp/Instagram DM/Facebook/ emails) etc.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Identify customers needs clarify information analyze the concern and provide solutions/ alternatives.
Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Provide required consultation to the customers in lieu of the companys SOPs
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with pleasant professional and courteous personality skills.
